As a Production Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and support systems to life, helping transform the way goods move around the world. You will: Assemble UAVs and related ground support equipment to aerospace-grade quality standards. Inspect, troubleshoot, and improve electromechanical systems. Perform through-hole and SMT soldering (IPC-A-610 familiarity is a plus). Build wire harnesses, perform terminal crimping, and route cables cleanly and securely. Use precision tools and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and quality. Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Use software tools to test, track, and share production data with teammates. Requirements 3+ years of experience building aerospace-grade or similar high-precision products. Strong ability to follow complex instructions, schematics, and SOPs. Experience working with sensitive electronics—such as circuit boards, cameras, and flex cables. Familiarity with fabrication in plastics, composites, and metals. A track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship. Skills in troubleshooting and reworking complex mechanical/electrical assemblies. Comfort executing tests using specialized fixtures and equipment. Great additions: FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate Experience with UAV-specific assembly and maintenance Machine shop tooling experience Knowledge of Lithium-Ion battery technology Familiarity with autopilots, companion computers, and dynamic electromechanical systems Jira and Confluence experience Benefits $25-$40 per hour plus equity. We are looking for a successful candidate that will possess knowledge and skill in FIFO principals, as well as RF scanning equipment and be prepared to meet any challenge. This position will pay $22.90/hour and work 9:00am- 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Job Summary Operate forklift equipment, cherry pickers, high reach equipment safely and effectively; maintain equipment and report malfunctions. Perform warehouse duties including receiving and locating product within the RF scanner technology. Accurately pick, stack, wrap and stage outbound freight ensuring that warehouse goals are met.
