General Summary and Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The Corporate Capital Project Engineer is responsible for managing and executing both large and small scale capital projects from conception to completion. This includes overseeing all technical and operational aspects to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with exceptional project management skills.  Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle, from developing initial scope, budgets, and schedules to overseeing execution and project closeout. Provide engineering support and technical guidance throughout the project. This includes developing detailed project plans, reviewing design specifications, interpreting blueprints, and resolving technical challenges. Prepare bid packages, evaluate proposals from contractors and vendors, and manage contracts and service agreements. Manage project finances, track costs, and report on budget status to ensure all projects meet financial targets. Ensure all project activities adhere to internal company standards, federal and state regulations, and local ordinances. Champion and enforce safety guidelines on all project sites. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal operations, maintenance, and technical teams, as well as external consultants, contractors, and agencies. Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior management and other stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for tracking and review.
