Skilled Custom Cabinet Maker

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced cabinetmaker with advanced woodworking skills to join our custom manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-end custom cabinetry, an eye for detail, and the ability to take projects from blueprint to completion with minimal supervision. Responsibilities • Interpret shop drawings and project specifications to build custom cabinets, doors, and millwork components. • Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (table saws, jointers, planers, routers, etc. • Perform precision cuts, joinery, and assembly for high-quality finishes. • Troubleshoot production challenges and provide craftsmanship solutions. • Train or mentor junior shop employees when necessary. • Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality control standards. Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on cabinetmaking or fine woodworking experience. • Strong understanding of wood species, veneers, finishes, and hardware. • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings/blueprints. • Proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
