Key Responsibilities Lead Mechanical Design: Own end-to-end SolidWorks modeling and drawings for custom automation and robotic work cells, ensuring accuracy from concept through production. Project Management: Coordinate multiple design projects, balancing scope, schedule, and resources to meet delivery targets and overcome engineering challenges. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, controls, manufacturing, and customers to iterate designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
