As part of this role, you will work closely with our Head of Operations & contribute to cross-functional initiatives with other teams including Marketing & Product. This role presents a unique opportunity for growth for someone looking to get their hands dirty while quickly taking ownership over key areas of retail operations. Requirements PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Operations: Oversee daily operations across all retail & pop-up locations, including supervising store managers & staff, managing floor operations, team scheduling, & inventory management. Develop & implement standard procedures for retail operations. Training & Education: Lead the hiring, training, & onboarding of retail employees. Develop continuous education programs that cover product knowledge, operational procedures, customer service skills, & company protocol. Oversee onsite training at retail & pop-up locations to ensure all staff meet company standards & operational goals. New Store Openings: Plan & lead the logistics of opening new stores, including ops setup, staffing & training. Provide onsite training & oversight to ensure each new store meets ops & brand standards. Inventory: Ensure all retail stores are stocked & inventory is managed efficiently. Oversee monthly store inventory counts & manage pop-up inventory to maintain accurate stock & optimize availability for sales.  Packaging & Supplies Management: Oversee inventory of packaging & supplies, including sourcing, ordering & maintaining appropriate stock levels for retail locations & fulfillment centers.
