We’re now looking for our next Production Manager—someone who can lead with confidence, optimize operations, and ensure that every product leaving our facility reflects the quality, safety, and service our customers expect. Why this role matters Our production team is at the heart of delivering on our promise. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations, supporting the team, and driving continuous improvement across the plant. What you’ll do • Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, blending, milling, packaging, and shipping. • Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, ensuring alignment with our core values and EOS practices. • Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (SQF, Kosher, Organic, Non-GMO, etc.). • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, and Sales to align production with customer needs. • Monitor KPIs and production metrics, driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing output. • Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for • Proven experience in food or ingredient manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and hold a team accountable. • Knowledge of food safety, compliance standards, and lean manufacturing practices. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with EOS is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you in our system. • Someone looking for more than just a paycheck. If you’re only here to clock in and collect, we respect that—but this is not the role for you. We need someone who thrives in a growth-minded, collaborative culture. Our Core Values • Growth Mindset: Embracing challenges as opportunities, staying curious, adaptable, and always striving to improve—not just in what we do, but in how we think, lead, and support one another. • Need to Contribute: Showing up with purpose, ownership, and commitment to the team’s success. Being proactive, dependable, and collaborative—not because it’s asked, but because it’s who you are. • Trustworthy: Doing what you say you’ll do, acting with integrity, and earning confidence through consistency and accountability. • Positive Attitude: Leading with gratitude, humor, and a can-do spirit that lifts the team. We don’t do Eeyore’s here—positivity is contagious. • Energy & Passion: Bringing enthusiasm and drive to everything, inspiring progress, and finding purpose in the mission. What success looks like • Production runs are efficient, safe, and consistently meet quality standards. • The production team is highly engaged, collaborative, and aligned with our core values. • Continuous improvement initiatives are reducing waste, increasing output, and strengthening our operations. • Customers receive their ingredients on time, with quality and service that reflect our concierge-level standard.
