We are seeking a Plant Project Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV on first shift. The Plant Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting plant-related projects and ensuring their successful execution. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to coordinate and track projects from initiation to completion. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders will be essential in managing project timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring project goals are achieved. Our Plant Project Coordinator's typical schedule will be Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM.   Key Responsibilities Maintain and ensure daily accuracy of inventory data within NetSuite ERP system. Use RFSmart to conduct real-time inventory counts, track transactions, and maintain warehouse data integrity. Implement and maintain a robust cycle counting process, including root cause analysis of variances and follow-up actions. Oversee the completion of all production work orders in NetSuite. Manage variance reporting, comparing the actual usage to the expected usage. Work with production team to resolve all discrepancies and make necessary corrections. Coordinate with Plant Accountant, Corporate Procurement and Corporate Inventory to review results of cycle counting program and implement process changes and enhancements. Assists in the execution of multiple tasks that enhance and support daily production and company initiatives Manages and executes all plant projects while working with cross-functional groups to ensure success of the projects Manages all actions for first production runs, including raw materials, packaging materials, special requests, scheduling and attend all first production runs Manages all sample requests (formal and informal) and coordinates with Sales, Technical Services, and manufacturing counterparts on all sample requests and coordinates sample deliveries as needed Integral to all ERP functions – works with Manufacturing and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies, close production runs and address variances Defines the cause of discrepancies and suggest corrective actions to minimize the repetition of occurrences Ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements Analyzes changes in inventory and communicates trends to leadership Works closely with Continuous Improvement and leadership teams to maintain continuous improvement concepts Works with Continuous Improvement to generate projects to enhance value creation Site Level Administrator for Manufacturing Production System (Redzone) and Manufacturing Training System (Alchemy) Assists the functional areas by utilizing excellent process knowledge Manages safety activities at the plant working closely with Safety Coordinator Assists in the standardization of work processes Assists in identifying, planning and managing CapEx projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. (Desired, not mandatory) 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. In this position you will be trained to perform electrical system modifications on military aircraft. The immediate need will be as a member of our T6 modification team, however other airframes and modifications may be added as the opportunities arise.
