Seeking an experienced manager to oversee a small team working for a well-established local brewery. You'll work side by side with employees and manage all production line activities. - Provides clear direction to the team to meet output numbers consistently. - Demonstrates leadership by example in all aspects of operations. - Keeps track of employee hours and assists with hiring and training of new team members. - Required to learn the functions of different machines used in production. - Pays close attention to in and outbound inventory for reporting purposes; orders materials as needed. - Communicates with the brewery operations team regularly to determine weekly production schedule/forecast, planning the team's schedule accordingly. - Performs opening and end of day duties. - Upon Hire: Fork lift certification - Utilizes Excel and QuickBooks for invoicing and daily reporting. - High attention to detail to maintain all company protocols, quality assurance, and warehouse safety. - High energy, positive, and motivated individual able to work in a fast paced environment.
