Manage carrier relationships to ensure timely equipment availability and load assignments. Assign shipments strategically based on lead time, OTRQ (on-time, quantity, and quality), and any special handling requirements. Generate and present regular reports and performance metrics as requested by management. Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring operational issues. Develop and implement innovative solutions to support and enhance SAMEX outbound operations. Maintain proactive communication with carriers to address and resolve service disruptions or challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally with Carrier Management, Transportation Management, and Settlement teams to align with company objectives and performance goals. Requirements High School Diploma or higher degree required 3+ years of Logistics & Warehouse Operations related experience required Ability to do multi-task while maintaining accuracy with detailed organization skill Strong understanding of transportation and logistics planning skills Direct working experiences with carriers for dispatching, equipment control and tendering Willingness to innovate and implement processes while taking care of day to day responsibilities in a fast paced environment Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy Decisive and quick problem-solver Good oral and written communication skills, ability to draft and edit.
