NOW HIRING! Pasta Manufacturing Manager! (West Adams)

Padovani is a small but growing pasta manufacturing company in West Adams. We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead operations at our pasta production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in pasta or similar dry food products, and a proven track record of managing production teams, ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, sanitation, and maintenance. Ensure efficient production scheduling and optimal resource utilization to meet output and quality targets. Implement and maintain best practices in food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, etc.). Lead, train, and develop production staff to foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, labor efficiency, and waste reduction. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure a safe and clean work environment, complying with OSHA and company safety standards. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in pasta or dry food production. Strong understanding of production planning, equipment functionality, and quality control systems. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams. Solid knowledge of regulatory and food safety requirements (GMP, HACCP, SQF, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with manufacturing software and systems (ERP/MES, Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
