Click Here to Apply Job duties include but are not limited to: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, facility systems, and plant utilities using SAP-generated work orders. • Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment to identify issues that may impact safety, quality, or efficiency. • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including PLCs, relays, motors, and AC/DC circuits. • Support continuous improvement by identifying root causes of recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions. • Train operators and other team members on basic maintenance checks and proper equipment care. • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including time worked, parts used, and job completion notes in SAP. • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and outside vendors on major repairs, upgrades, and equipment installations. • Submit requisitions for replacement parts and recommend critical spares to minimize downtime. • Adhere to all company safety programs, including Lockout Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, GMP standards, and OSHA regulations. • Participate in improvement efforts tied to sustainability, energy reduction, and reliability goals. The maintenance technician is responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.
