Job Summary We are seeking an upbeat individual who will be assisting with coordinating production scheduling with production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders.   Requirements Safety: maintain a safe work environment through training, adherence to policies and housekeeping. Schedule all requested products through workorder generation. Assist in preparing production reports. Coordinates expedited orders that require schedule changes to meet requested ship dates. Assists with analyzing production and shipping availability to determine ship dates. Record production data which may include volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Communicates effectively with all departments that could have a potential impact on the production schedule. Ability to collaborate with the Production Management Team and Supervisors. Competence in all Team Coordinator activities and skills. Other duties as delegated. Qualifications & Experience Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years’ experience as Team Lead preferred. Ability to work independently and as a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tools & Equipment Computer and other office machinery. Material handling equipment: Forklift, Scissor lift, Pallet jack Basic calculations tools Work Environment Requires good mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, bending, stooping, as well as lifting and lift at least 50 lbs. Regular work in a fluctuating temperature environment (indoor & outdoor). Working on raised surfaces (ladders, machines, work platforms). Exposure to grease, dirt, and industrial chemicals (primers, adhesives, 2-part epoxies, acetone, glycol antifreeze). Luxury Install Technician Euro-Style Cabinetry & Custom Wood Millwork M-F 7:00 to 3:30pm $28.00 - $44.00 per hr. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics). You might also install kitchen islands, ceiling beams, decorative panels, bars, even a bunk bed system. As a Mold Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality products by ensuring that molds are properly maintained, created, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Intermediate-level toolmaker responsible for creating new molds, as well as modifying and repairing current molds. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molds to ensure optimal performance. Execute intermediate resin procedures, including sanding and drilling molds, as well as fabricating trim tools, templates, and jigs.  Ensure molds are cleaned and stored properly after use to prevent damage Operate machinery to test molds before sending to production. Work closely with Engineering and Quality staff to improve overall efficiency of tools. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
