Responsibilities Assemble, modify, and repair bikes, carts, and related components. Perform light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to ensure top-quality builds. Support various projects around the shop, from assembly to creative problem-solving. Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in mechanics, assembly, or general handyman work. Ability to read and follow blueprints, manuals, and schematics. Knowledge of HVAC, auto mechanics, plumbing, or electrical systems a plus. Experience with e-bikes or bicycles highly preferred. Bilingual in Russian and English required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, sanitation, and maintenance.
