Machinist II or II with cnc setup skills (Parker)

Our growing precision cnc shop has an open position for a machinist II, or III that has cnc set up skills. This position is for our 2nd ship that works (4) 10 hour days, Monday thru Thursday, from 2pm until 12:45 am. We currently have 3 great machinists working on this shift and we're looking for a leader that can help them progress in their machining abilities. First and foremost though, we need a person that can select their own tools, make clamps, and perform setups on cnc vertical mills. Your ability to also setup 4 axis horizontals and lathes would be a plus. Our small shop of 14 is a wonderful working environment with 6 of our staff having been with us over 20 years. If you get along with people and work well in a team environment, this may be the company you eventually retire from. Come and check us out, but first we'll ask you for your plan on how to perform setups. Then, you can come in on a temporary basis and work some hours to see if we're a good fit for you.
