Great Basin Industrial is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced manager for our Industrial Paint and Blasting department at our Fabrication Shop in Plymouth, Utah. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be safety-oriented and have prior experience in industrial painting. This role involves working with blasting equipment, conventional and airless spraying. Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday depending on project schedules and deadlines. Pay: Hourly based on experience Requirements Perform painting and blasting on industrial steel structures such as tanks and other structural items Paint and blast estimating Ordering paint/blasting materials Maintain painting, blasting, and inspection equipment Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, aerial lifts, etc. Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of employees to ensure efficient production operations Train, mentor, and motivate paint and blast staff to achieve performance goals Ensure safety regulations and promote a clean and safe working environment Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience as an industrial painter/blaster Thorough knowledge of use with Epoxy and Urethane industrial Coatings Ability to read paint PDS sheets Ability to apply coatings at specified DFT requirements Ability to mix 2 part epoxy and urethane coatings. Working knowledge of blast sand pots, valves, airless paint pumps, and conventional paint equipment Strong communication skills Ability to monitor and record environmental conditions. Proficiency in using inspection tools and maintaining accurate records Nace level 1-3 preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Forklift, overhead crane, and aerial lift certification preferred Computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Benefits Full time position: Eligible for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, 401K with match after 1 yr of service, bonus programs and incentives.

Logging incoming/outgoing materials into the computer system Examines stock to verify conformance to proper identification and quantity Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as version, size, or type of material and consolidate items in locations where possible. Fills orders or issues supplies from stock and verify proper labeling Manage storage and organization of cardboard containers. Distributes stock among production workers, keeping accurate records of material movements. Perform cycle counts and submit adjustments for review. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Downstream Manufacturing Manager to be apart of an exciting mission by joining a rapidly growing startup in the enzyme biotechnology space. The appointed DSP Manager will lead the DSP operations. This role is critical for driving enzyme purification processes from pilot to production scale, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting scale-up activities in a startup manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead downstream processing activities including cell harvest, clarification, protein/enzyme purification (chromatography, filtration), concentration, and formulation. Develop, optimize, and scale downstream unit operations to support clinical and commercial manufacturing. Work cross-functionally with upstream, analytical, and quality teams to meet production and product specifications. Implement and enforce GMP-compliant operations and documentation. Support tech transfer, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and mentor junior engineering and operations staff. Qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in downstream processing, preferably with enzyme or biologic products.
