Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs to machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems. Shift: Hours vary – (start time typically between 2:30am and 4:00am, dependent on the day and business needs); Monday-Friday. Job Responsibilities: Perform a variety of installations and preventative maintenance on plant and facility equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment including electrical and plumbing, insuring equipment is in good repair and in a safe operating condition. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair pumps, boilers, steam system, water system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, and any fluid system as applies. Be familiar with the plant facility and general operations of same. Handle tools and equipment properly and to use required protective gear. Perform light welding, grinding and cutting. Comply with all Federal State and Company Safety Guidelines and procedures. Participate in the development of preventative maintenance procedures for various pieces of equipment. Work with little supervision. Work extra shifts and extra days/hours as required to cover for vacation, sickness, training, etc. Work in a fast pace environment. This is a time critical business and candidates must be able to work fast and efficiently.  General: Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Execute assigned duties with minimal supervision. Perform assigned duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Perform assigned duties following “Good Manufacturing Practices.” Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. High level of demonstrated mechanical experience and aptitude required. Experience with welding, electrical, boilers, refrigeration, machinery repair and PLC troubleshooting and programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated, work efficiently in a fast pace, time critical environment, with little supervision.  SQF Requirements/Responsibilities: Support SQF by: Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner. Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. The monitoring of incoming services Properly documenting tasks Completing Preventive Maintenance and Work Orders as required. Serves as a backup for all the other mechanics

Job Summary: Under direction of the receiving/processing supervisor and/or Production manager, will follow all established procedures and policies, while producing a product that meets or exceeds available standards while prioritizing safety, quality and efficiency to meet the goals of the company. Shift: Monday through Friday, 1pm to 9pm. Weekly wage: $23.39/hr + 7% night shift differential. Job Requirements: Receive raw milk and unload it into holding tanks in a safe manner.  Also involves taking samples from tankers and delivering them to the lab. Safe and efficient operation of bulk tank truck room. Quality checks on inbound and outbound products. Proper washing of vessels. Housekeeping. Follow all sanitation procedures, regulatory procedures, and GMP’s. Other duties as needed. General Requirements: GED or High School Diploma. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to work well with people. Communication skills are a must. Multi-tasked individual. Ability to work independently and in a team-based atmosphere. Working Environment: Factory environment. Varying noise and heat levels. Responsibilities allow occasional opportunities for varying work routine. Employees must be able to: Lift up to 60lbs. repetitively but not for an entire shift. Walk, bend, lift, twist, reach, lean over, pull, push, stoop, and stand on concrete floor regularly and for long periods. Tolerate wet, hot, steamy work environment and loud noise.

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician on First Shift (Monday through Friday, 7am – 3:30pm) Successful candidates for this position will have experience maintaining injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facilities. Also works well with others, and maintain our cooperative, fast paced production environment; perform duties with a high level of craftsmanship; be detail oriented with an eye and a heart for our customers and our company. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: General: Controls, schedules, and executes all required equipment maintenance (preventative and otherwise). Controls, schedules, and executes all required facility maintenance and repairs. Maintains Triad ERP Database to document repairs. Directs activities for assigned ancillary personnel. Generates Purchase Orders, and as needed, acquires all necessary supplies. Generates, issues, and maintains Preventative Maintenance Work Orders. Leadership: Be able to listen and direct small groups. Work inside of the safety program with performance of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety huddles.
