This person will learn multiple areas of the shop but the main duties will be rolling fiberglass into bike locker molds, trimming and assembling molds, clean up, mold take down. This role includes daily cleaning duties, same as all positions in the shop. There is room for advancement by learning new positions in the shop, Those opportunities will be made advisable as supervisory staff sees fit. No experience required, will train a willing applicant. The person who takes this job will be helping make a wide range of fiberglass products such as bike lockers, boats, train & bus parts. Job includes standing, bending over, lifting and pushing molds that weigh up to 50lbs. Must be motivated, follow directions well and have basic hand tool experience.
