Summary Review engineering drawings, CAD models, parts lists, bills of material (BOM's) and engineering specifications to compile detailed manufacturing itemized cost estimates. Estimates will support manufacturing operations in the fabrication and/or assembly of complex machined components. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. -Analyze customer Request for Quotes (RFQ) to understand requested new or revised machined parts and assemblies. -Reviews customer requirements, specifications, drawings, 3d CAD models or other data indicated in the RFQ for specific information concerning requested lead time for shipment to customers. -Compile and prepare estimates for needed raw material, hardware, labor hours and outside processing. Present prepared estimates to Management for review. -Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment. -Comply with MTM's safety rules and regulations and wear appropriate safety equipment when entering production departments. -Support the Quality Management System to assurance compliance to quality, industrial and government standards and regulations. Education and/or Experience/Skills and Qualifications -Minimum High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); higher education (Technical school or college) a plus. 1-2 years related experience in a machining manufacturing facility. Aerospace background a plus. Excellent spreadsheet (Excel) skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Excellent written and interpersonal skills.

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the milling CNC operations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the activities of the 2nd shift milling CNC team. Ensure that all milling CNC machines are set up, operated, and maintained according to company standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process. Train and mentor team members on proper machine operation and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.   REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES: In-depth knowledge of CNC milling machines and operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring instruments and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining Experience in programming and setting up CNC mills is preferred. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to CNC milling operations. PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach during the duration of shift, 8-10 hours. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend. Frequently required to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated in the specific work area assigned. This position requires working night shifts. Summary The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing our products, as well as performing measurement services related to our products.  This full-time, hourly role involves hands-on assembly and testing of precision products, as well as performing repair services in a controlled lab environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn technical concepts related to optics, photometry, and metrology. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform manual assembly and repair of components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using imaging software and other precision tools. Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate production records, including workflow documentation and quality logs. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues. Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures, including gowning protocols and material handling guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional training. Requirements High school diploma or GED; A.S. Electronics, technical training or certification is preferred. 6-12 months experience in cleanroom assembly, manufacturing, or technical environment; familiar with ESD protocols and procedures. Basic understanding of electronics, electronic assembly and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and data collection to aid in root cause analyses. Demonstrated ability to multi-task without compromising quality or attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving product requirements to maintain productivity and quality.
