Training and IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies Training. Assembler III: All functions required at Assembler I and II levels. Remove and replace SMT components without board damage. Perform SMT rework. Provide back-up support for lead in their absence. Write ECO to have assembly and document issues corrected. Complete NCP form when non-conforming product is identified. Successfully complete IPC-7711/IPC-7721 Rework and Repair of Electronic Assemblies Training. In this role, you will primarily be troubleshooting and resolving failures in Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs), ensuring our products meet the highest quality and reliability standards. This position requires a solid understanding of electronics, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. This position is for first shift with overtime available who can: • Perform setups and operation of 7-axis CNC lathes, screw machines, and Multi-axis turret machines. • Retrieve machine programs from database, create/read tool lists for job. • Accurately set tools and work offsets.
