Entry Level Custom Cabinet Maker

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our cabinetmaking team in an entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone with basic woodworking knowledge or hands-on construction/shop experience who wants to grow into a skilled craftsman role over time. Responsibilities • Assist in cutting, sanding, and assembling cabinet parts under supervision. • Learn to safely operate woodworking tools and equipment. • Handle material prep, including measuring, labeling, and staging parts for production. • Perform shop support tasks such as sweeping, organizing, and loading/unloading materials. • Work closely with senior craftsmen to develop skills in cabinetry and finishing. Qualifications • 0–2 years of woodworking, carpentry, or related shop experience (training provided). • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety. • Reliable attendance and teamwork-oriented attitude.
