Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output. Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy in embroidery designs. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies needed for production. Requirements Proven experience with garment construction and sewing techniques. Familiarity with operating sewing machines and embroidery equipment is essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
