Looking for help in both productions and shipping. Productions would include tasks such as crafting, capping, labeling, sealing and/or boxing our special products. Shipping would entail carefully packaging our finished goods to be mailed out to our loyal customers and wholesale accounts nationwide. Must LOVE working with your hands on repetitive tasks and able to work efficiently - both independently and as a team. Must have good vision and attention to detail for quality control. Must enjoy making things fit together neatly and enjoy problem solving. Able to lift 50+lbs and have reliable schedule/transportation. MIG Welder: employment type: full-time Location: 6261 Box Springs Blvd Riverside Ca 92507 Compensation: $21.00 Summary: This position will be responsible for performing production work in our Factory. The workers will typically weld, assemble, fabricate, and inspect finished products to ensure high quality. This person will be working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Benefits: Medical/ Dental/ Vision covered 100% per employer, Life Insurance, 401K Responsibilities: • Prepare products to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel parts. • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead.) • Read blueprints/drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures with minimal supervision. • Align components, clamp pieces using rulers and other measuring devices if needed and available. • Knowledge of units of linear measurements, capable to convert inches to centimeters… • Inspection of welds for accuracy. • Change wire, and welding gas tank. • Ensure all equipment is properly set up and safety devices are being used in a safe manner. • Operate forklift, if required and trained. • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing, face-shield, gloves etc. Skills Required/Qualifications • Minimum of 1-2 years of previous shop/warehouse experience. • Capability to comprehend quality control techniques. • Acceptable knowledge of safety and health principles with OSHA certifications a plus. • Able to lift 50 lbs. and be on foot most of the day. • Must be skilled in organization & management of time and resources. • Able to work under pressure.
