Job Description Production Technician – 2nd Shift Location: Georgetown, TX Schedule: 6pm–6am | $22/hour Sun–Tuesday and every other Wednesday OR Thurs–Saturday and every other Wednesday Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: Join TSS as a Production Technician on our 2nd shift team, where you will play a vital role in installing and configuring server racks and network hardware. This position focuses on hands-on hardware installation, cable management, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure within a dynamic data center production environment. You’ll collaborate closely with team members and leadership to achieve production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include performing system integrations, operating production equipment, conducting routine maintenance, and providing insightful feedback to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and integrate servers and network switches into racks Follow precise instructions for systems integration and hardware setup Operate production equipment (such as pallet jacks) per SOPs Conduct regular cleaning, lubricating, and part replacement for machinery Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate production and maintenance records Monitor production for adherence to strict quality benchmarks Promote and follow all safety protocols, reporting hazards promptly Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize workflows Recommend process and efficiency improvements when applicable Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role Strong mechanical aptitude with proven problem-solving abilities Familiarity with safety standards and production procedures Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Flexibility for overtime and various schedules Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in fast-paced, noisy environments and wear PPE as required If interested, please send a resume to us along with your shift preference! Job Summary: The Route Driver family of positions requires a current valid CDL, a satisfactory MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), an up-to-date medical card, and one years’ driving experience or equivalent classroom qualification. Must have a neat, clean appearance and the ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) exam. Schedule: 5 day work week schedule with rotating Sundays and Wednesday off. Coverage area: Plymouth MA, Sagamore MA, New Bedford MA, West Bridgewater MA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe operation of the Company vehicle while complying with all company, State and Federal regulations. Have a good, working knowledge of the assigned delivery route and be familiar with product handling requirements. Must represent the Company in a courteous, ethical and professional manner at all times. Must keep a vehicle operation log and report any necessary maintenance or other problems to the Distribution Supervisor daily and complete all necessary reports as required by DOT and HP Hood LLC. Deliver all products ordered in a timely manner and advise the Distribution Supervisor of any recommendations for improvements or problems needing attention on a daily basis. Keep accurate, daily records of accounts and collected cash. Must be able to work independently while supporting the Distribution Department. Work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors and peers. General Requirements: Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Able to demonstrate knowledge of safety areas reviewed in the safety orientation program. Execute assigned duties with minimal supervision. This includes but is not limited to: create masking by means of specific fixtures, silver shield and or conformal coat by means of spray gun, folding parts with unique fixtures, marking parts with a pad print machine. - Assist in other areas of production. - Maintains time and production records electronically by logging in and out of jobs. - Visual inspection of materials for obvious defects prior to beginning operation. - Assist packaging, pulling, shipping and receiving of daily shipments. - Other operations as required. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: SUMMARY: Under limited direction of a lead/supervisor/manager, provides assembly support in building wire harness/wire harness board and or cable assemblies. • 5+ years: Wire harness assembly experience (highly preferred.) • Ability to read and follow wire harness assembly instructions. • Cuts, strips, crimps, or otherwise assembles the materials used to produce cable assemblies. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years’ work experience related to soldering and crimping in the electronics industry. • Ability to communicate with manager and follow written and verbal instructions. • Ability to interpret all documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, customer supplied drawings and IPC- 620 workmanship standards. • Motivated and detail oriented • Attention to detail, excellent hand dexterity • Proficient in basic math skills • Possesses good communication skills and a great attitude • Basic computer skills (database management, word processing and spreadsheet) • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
