CNC Lathe Machinist (Westbrook)

We are the company for you! We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Warehouse Lead Manager for our family owned business. Under the direction of our upper management, the Warehouse Lead Manager is accountable to facilitate our day to day warehouse and distribution activities with a tight focus on customer service, cost savings and efficiency. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks: • Responsible for the inbound and outbound operations; • Establish and maintain accurate inventories using cycle counting-material flow of the warehouse; • Logistics and production scheduling; • Responsible for internal controls with reasonable assurances that operations are effective and efficient; • Develop and maintain operating procedures and best practices; • Ensure preventive and corrective actions are followed. • Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally. • Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers. • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on the team, as well as cross-functionally. • Execute any other warehouse related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of warehousing and distribution • Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers. • Possess forklift license or the ability to get one (Must) • Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player; • Customer service oriented; • Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail; • Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft office Our benefits : We offer a wide range of benefits for our employees: -Paid Holidays and Vacations -Single Health Insurance Coverage with the ability to upgrade to Married and Family -Annual salary review Full-time, Permanent.
