Description

General Requirements: • Lift large pieces of material and cabinets / 20 – 60 lbs. • Read and Understand Tape Measure • Identify types of wood used, learn properties of each. • Understand use of equipment and its application to the job. • Understand product application processes (ie; paint, stain, clearcoat, etc) Maintain Finish Room in neat and orderly fashion, including Filters. • Maintain Finish and Mixing Equipment, keep clean and functional. • Learn properties of stain mixing and tinting. • Contribute to the team; meeting quality and delivery goals. • Work Safely, Work Smart, and Be Aware. • Come to work as expected: on time, focused, and ready. Processes: • Prep surfaces for each finish application: sanding filling, etc. • Masking – prep pieces for finish application. • Applying primer, paint, stain applications. • May be asked to assist in final assembly and delivery to customer. Equipment: • Gravity and Pressure Pot • Finish Room: Fan, Air Exchange Unit, Heater • Mixing Station Full Time: 5am – 4pm Mon – Thurs. Friday may be occasionally required.
