Duties Include Planning, fabrication and installation of new wiring for fixtures, equipment, and building systems. Electrical knowledge is a must, will rewire machines. Perform preventative maintenance per work orders. Diagnose problems and develop/implement solutions. Order supplies, discuss scheduling and work order administration with Production Manager. Requirements Must have at least two years of manufacturing electrical experience High school degree or equivalent required. Journeyman's Card required. Have completed a D.O.L. certified apprentice program in an appropriate field, plus (4) four years experience in industrial maintenance operations after apprenticeship or appropriate vocational training Industrial experience with eight (8) years performing industrial maintenance functions. Must possess basic computer skills. Must be able to work independently with written or verbal instructions. Compliance with all Safety, TS 16949, and ISO 9000 requirements. Working knowledge of 5S. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate overhead hoist and any other equipment necessary to perform duties. Able to operate a forklift and pallet jack. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for most of the shift. Some climbing, crawling, and/or kneeling may be required. Valid driver's license needed. We are looking for CDL drivers with 1+ years of experience for the 2025 Pistachio season in the Central Valley. We expect a 2 month season with day and night shifts available. Drivers will haul loads from a processing facility to local dairies and compost yards. All loads are loaded by shuttle operators and drivers are responsible for taking pre-loaded trailers from the processing plant to their delivery locations as loads are available. This is a fast paced work environment with plenty of loads to make. Drivers can expect to make $1,500/week and as much as $2,500/week depending on load volume. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; variable speed AC and DC motor drives; programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and combustion systems. PLC Troubleshooting: A key part of your role will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). You'll work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems, using the appropriate software (e.g., RSLogix, TIA Portal, Step 7) to identify and resolve logic, I/O, and communication issues. Troubleshoot and Inspect: You'll serve as a team member or leader to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions. Using instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ammeters, you will test faulty equipment to identify the cause of the issue. Component Replacement: You will replace defective components and wiring, and adjust mechanical parts using both hand tools and soldering irons. Calibration and Maintenance: You'll align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to specifications. You will also maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and tests. Computer-Based Diagnostics: You will use computers to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade process control equipment and PLCs. Instruction and Collaboration: You may be required to instruct maintenance repair crews and collaborate with production teams for diagnostic and testing purposes. Requirements Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate's Degree in an electrical or mechanical-related curriculum. Experience with PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems, is highly preferred. Skills: You must be proficient in the repair and maintenance of complex electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs and motor drives. Familiarity with PLC programming software like RSLogix/Studio 5000 and TIA Portal is a significant plus. Other: This is an onsite role with no travel required.
