Avant Tech is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing and fulfillment of customer orders. You will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipping. Inspect and verify received products for quality and accuracy. Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management. Ensure the fulfillment area is organized and complies with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals. Process returns and exchanges as necessary. Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory records. Participate in regular inventory counts and audits. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
