Key Responsibilities: Prepare and ship FedEx/UPS packages according to customer-specific requirements. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer shipments, adhering to individual guidelines. Order color standards, trims, and other necessary production materials as needed. Utilize Email and Excel proficiently for daily communication and tracking; familiarity with Paint is a plus. Accurately take notes during meetings and execute assigned tasks promptly. Requirements: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, dependable, and proactive in managing responsibilities. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable lifting and moving packages up to 20 lbs. Proficient in Email and Excel; basic knowledge of Paint is a plus.

JOB DUTIES: • Deburr precision aluminum parts and brazed assemblies. • Inspect parts to ensure compliance to drawing. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to use hand tools such as files, counter sinks, burr knife sandpaper, buffing wheels, die grinders, jitterbug sanders and other hand tools as necessary. • Must be able to read and understand shop travelers and drawings. • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. • Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.  Must be able to obtain a security clearance to perform all duties associated with this position.
