You will act as a CMO for some of our key clients. You must have a Growth Marketing background and have the right mix of analytical, creative and strategy chops in your DNA. Additionally, you must have experience with product and multiple marketing channels. You'll do: Act as an on-demand CMO for some of our key brands. Own brand goals and growth metrics and report back on the client's/account business growth. Lead, plan, and managed growth marketing campaigns for assigned brands that drives new customer acquisition, and customer retention, and increased brand awareness across paid social, paid search/SEM, SEO, email, product, etc. Proactively dig into client’s data to identify opportunities for testing and optimization across acquisition and retention channels. Execute project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets. Communicate progress and activities with the client and internal team. Manage and collaborate with internal and external team members to achieve overall client KPIs/ objectives. You have: A growth marketing superstar with 5+ years of proven experience in digital, performance marketing & product growth (experience in D2C or B2B Saas is a major plus). 2+ years experience managing a team. Have owned full acquisition, demand, or lead generation funnel and reported back on performance. Strong experience with top-of-funnel and bottom of funnel (required to have experience in both). Experience in owning 3rd party relationships and presenting results to business partners at all levels. Able to lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, own successes and learnings, and report back on strategic growth metrics. Tech and data-savvy with the ability to jump into Web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Data Visualization Platforms (such as Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc) or even Excel and communicate a story with sound data. Have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Have proven experience and a solid track record in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads (must have managed big budgets). Strong Project Management background is a major requirement. Marketing automation experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce. Curious and always learning. Exceptional storyteller. Bonus if you have: Experience working with Product, Data Science, and Performance marketing teams. 5+ years experience in Technical SEO and Content marketing 2+ years experience in Product Marketing. Entrepreneurial/Self-starter experience with managing a team is a major plus Have experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or another CDP. Having some front-end code experience. Strong analytics background (including basic understanding of databases, SQL, and Python) and knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel.
