You’ll shape how the world sees XTI—from web presence and social media to email marketing, public communications, events, and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to own a cutting-edge marketing function at a company that is redefining what is possible in aerospace.     Key Responsibilities   Digital Marketing Leadership  Lead multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, organic, SEO, content, social) to build brand awareness and generate leads within target aerospace sectors.  Integrate AI-driven tools for campaign personalization, audience segmentation, and adaptive content delivery to optimize performance.  Manage website and analytics platforms, employing AI-based solutions for real-time user behavior tracking, journey mapping, and UX optimization.  Develop and oversee dynamic, AI-enhanced performance dashboards that provide predictive insights and automated reporting on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.    Content, Communications & Messaging  Own and evolve the brand voice and messaging strategy across all platforms - from social posts and email newsletters to executive communications and product overviews.  Leverage generative AI platforms to assist with the creation of compelling content (web, blog, video scripts, infographics) while maintaining high editorial standards and brand tone.  Produce and manage compelling content (web, blog, video, etc.) that communicates the value of our aircraft and the future of VTOL.  Tailor communications to different customer personas,and adapt technical content for varied audience comprehension levels.  Manage internal and external communications workflows including PR coordination, speaking engagements, and investor messaging.    Social Media & Community Engagement  Develop and execute a data-informed social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube.  Grow audience engagement, follower base, and thought leadership in the vertical flight and aerospace community.  Monitor community sentiment and social listening to identify emerging trends and high-impact engagement opportunities in the vertical flight and aerospace space.  Utilize AI for automated moderation, response drafting, and competitor benchmarking to support continuous improvement in social media presence and influence.    Campaigns, Events & Product Launches  Support development and execution of integrated brand and product campaigns—including major aircraft milestones and announcements—using AI for message testing and channel strategy.  Coordinate XTI’s participation in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.  Collaborate with agencies and contractors while integrating AI-driven tools into workflows for creative production, ad targeting, and post-campaign analytics. Embracing AI in Marketing Functions  a. Strategic AI Integration  Champion the identification, adoption, and integration of AI tools across all marketing disciplines to drive efficiency, precision, and innovation.  Stay informed on MarTech trends such as generative AI, predictive modeling, and intelligent automation—translating them into actionable capabilities.  b. AI-Driven Campaign Optimization  Use machine learning tools for dynamic segmentation, predictive lead scoring, and campaign outcome forecasting.  Apply AI to automate A/B testing, adjust spend allocation in real time, and tailor messaging for improved conversion rates.  c. Generative & Intelligent Content Creation  Incorporate generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for ideation, drafting, and optimization of marketing assets including white papers, press releases, and product descriptions.  Maintain high standards by pairing AI output with human review and aerospace domain knowledge.  d. Marketing Automation & Efficiency  Deploy AI-powered platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to automate customer journeys, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns.  Enhance team productivity by automating repetitive tasks and surfacing insights from CRM and campaign data.  e. Governance, Compliance & Ethics  Establish workflows to support and promote responsible use of AI in customer-facing communications, including appropriate human oversight and quality control.    The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing XTI’s brand, digital presence, and market engagement strategy across the aerospace sector. This position involves overseeing both internal team members and external collaborators—including contractors, agencies, and technology vendors—to drive marketing initiatives with precision and scale.    A strong operational mindset is essential, as the company uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to align goals, streamline communication, and manage meetings. Training will be provided if the incoming Director is not already familiar with EOS.    The Director will be expected to champion the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools across all marketing functions—from campaign automation and analytics to generative content and real-time engagement—ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of marketing innovation within the aerospace industry.  We foster a high-performance culture defined by strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable results. The environment balances strong team support and creativity with clear accountability, ownership, and a shared commitment to excellence.  Requirements:  5–7+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within high-tech, aerospace, advanced mobility, or B2B industries.  Demonstrated ability to plan and manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, web, and content platforms.  Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of crafting clear, compelling, and technically informed messaging.  Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and automation tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).  Strong working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, such as:  Generative AI for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper)  Predictive analytics and campaign optimization platforms  Marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)  Social listening and sentiment analysis tools  Familiarity with complex, technical products or regulated markets, especially within aerospace, defense, or emerging aviation technologies (e.g., VTOL).  Prior agency experience or experience managing external vendors and creatives is a strong plus.  Experience supporting or leading events, conferences, and trade shows as part of integrated marketing efforts is helpful.  Comfort with fast-paced, high-accountability environments that value innovation, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.    Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.  MBA or master's degree preferred, especially with a focus on strategy, analytics, or innovation.  Genuine interest in aerospace, vertical flight, aviation, or next-gen transportation technologies.  Familiarity with Social listening and sentiment analysis tools and Predictive analytics and campaign optimization platforms, campaign optimization, and customer segmentation.  Exposure to operational frameworks such as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus, with training available as needed.      Salary range: $125,000- $150,000      At XTI Aerospace, we are driven by innovation and the desire to reshape the future of air mobility.
