Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and strategic support. Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and grow market share. Maintain active involvement in key accounts and complex deals, setting the tone as a player-coach. Monitor and report on sales KPIs and pipeline health to senior leadership and contribute to corporate planning efforts. Collaborate across departments—Product, Marketing, Development—to align go-to-market strategies. Establish scalable processes and systems for forecasting, training, and sales enablement. Build and deepen strategic relationships with new and existing enterprise clients. Design and evolve a robust onboarding and training program to develop sales talent. Requirements & Qualifications: 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, construction technology, or enterprise hardware/software solutions. Proven success in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams—while also closing deals personally. Deep understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline management. Excellent CONFIDENT communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present confidently at the executive level. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
