Insurance Sales Representative (Telemarketer) - Monrovia, CA Company: Aster International Insurance Group Department: Sales | Insurance | Customer Engagement Location: On-site | 507 S Myrtle Ave, Monrovia, CA 91016 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions About the Role: Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping businesses protect what matters most? Aster National is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Monrovia, CA. You'll connect with potential clients in the trades and construction industry, educate them about our comprehensive insurance solutions, and help them find the perfect coverage for their business needs. What You'll Do: ● Make outbound calls to potential clients in trades and construction industries to introduce our specialized insurance solutions. ● Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate commercial insurance coverage for businesses. ● Educate clients about various business insurance options including general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and property coverage ● Build strong partnerships with prospects and guide them through our tailored insurance solutions. ● Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships with existing business clients ● Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system. ● Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies. ● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
