Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by: Qualifying leads to identify potential customers. Pitching our services effectively to potential clients. Following up on leads to nurture client relationships. Estimating leads and providing competitive proposals. Attending networking events to generate leads. Building a network within the industry to gain referrals from other industry professionals. This is a hands-on position requiring dedication, drive, and excellent communication skills. Compensation: Draw against commission for the first 3 months. Qualifications: We’re looking for candidates who have: Previous sales experience (construction industry experience is a plus). Team leadership skills to inspire and collaborate with colleagues.
