Pay: $18-20/hr + monthly performance-based bonus potential Status: Part-Time Schedule: Thursday-Sunday availability desired; minimum of 2 shifts per week Position Summary: With Restore’s continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a Full-TimeHyper Wellness Representative to be a part of our team at our Mueller (Austin, TX) studio. We are looking for positive, energetic individuals with a passion for wellness and helping people! As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you will greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey, promote membership sales, and help administer some of the services we have to offer. Additionally, you will perform other administrative and hands-on duties to help the General Manager manage the day-to-day operations of your studio, and assist with retention and ensuring current members are receiving the highest level of customer service. What our Hyper Wellness Representatives love about working for Restore: Free and discounted services Monthly bonus potential Comprehensive benefits Paid standard holidays Responsibilities: Conduct studio tours and deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience to all members and guests Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for the studio, including membership sales/renewals, and retail sales Onboard new clients–-this involves completion of medical waivers and creating guest profiles in POS system Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions Assist in outgoing calls to clients for notification of promotions and events Assist in the execution and coordination of the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach) Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guest Promote enthusiasm for health/wellness and the Restore brand Requirements 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar role 1+ years of sales experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong teamwork mentality Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Intermediate computer skills Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Do you have experience selling life/heath/supplemental insurance, car warranties, or credit card debt reduction services? Have you ever sold vehicles or been in a straight commission job where the sky is the limit? If so, this job is perfect for you because the top 10 agents who are all very successful came from these types of industries and backgrounds. You receive inbound calls from prospective and existing customers looking to book a new hotel reservation(s). These calls come directly to you and 99% of the time these calls are from people in all 50 states. If you work overnight, you will also receive calls from all over the world. You typically sell somewhere between 20% to 43% of the calls that you take. This all depends on your closing skill set. Did you build rapport, did you sell the sizzle of the free amenities, did you create urgency, etc. There is no cost to join the company and there is no lead cost to you. The company pays for all of the leads. You can make anywhere from $14 per sale up to $36 per sale on average, but the most I have ever made on one phone call is $750.00. This was from someone wanting three rooms for three weeks in Aspen, CO. So here's the deal...if you take 300 phone calls a day and sell 20% of those, you would have 60 sales times at least $14 per sale and that is on a daily basis. That is $840 in one day. If you did that 5 days a week, that would be $4,200 per week. Personally, I shoot for 28 calls per hour and work about 8 hours per day, therefore I take 224 calls per day... but your work schedule is completely up to you. You work when you want. You take off when you want. No one is going to tell you when to clock in, when to clock out, when you can go to lunch, when you can take vacation, etc. Work anytime. From anyplace in the USA. I love this job because my wife travels 2-3 weeks per month and with us having 3 daughters, I am able to help out when needed.
