Essential duties/responsibilities: Present product lines to potential customers that include existing, competitive user, and start-up customers. Devise effective sales and marketing strategies specific to the assigned region. Analyze market data to find the most effect and efficient sales methods and strategies. Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in the region to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet identified needs. Meet with Customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and generally maintain account strength. Prepare and negotiate sales quotations using Putzmeister approved sales quotation tools and approval processes. Travel the designated region to make face-to-face sales calls to Putzmeister/Sany current customers, competitor users and new potential buyers. Monitor competition activities and strategies. Cold-calling skills are effectively used to grow the customer base. Maintain daily activities by use of ‘Salesforce.’ These shall include, quotations, call reports, opportunity funnel etc. Submit timely expense reports per company policy. Manage quota achievement. Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows, World of Concrete) to cultivate customer relationships and keep attune to the industry.
