Position Overview- Fairbanks Insurance / Allstate in Sherwood is seeking a qualified professional to join their team for the role of Agency Admin/Client Service. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. This is a full time position in office. Must be licensed. We do pay for further education and licensing in the insurance industry. We are a family owned independent business that values our community and each other. We are all trading time for money. We strive to do that right. Responsibilities- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. All the usual. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Compensation: 22.00 per hour base. While this is not a producer role if you are licensed you you will obtain commission thru selling while servicing. We also bonus out the office monthly, as well as yearly. HSA. Vacation. Miles if a certain distance. Requirements- ALLSTATE experience preferred for systems ease, but not needed. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Excellent typing skills.
