In this essential role, you will lead and motivate our customer service team to ensure that every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for training staff, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing service standards across the store. Responsibilities Supervise and support customer service associates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Train new hires on customer service best practices and company policies. Monitor service metrics and provide feedback to staff to improve service quality. Manage scheduling and workflows to ensure adequate coverage during peak times. Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer service initiatives and training programs. Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages employee engagement and development. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role, with supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve customer service goals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
