The Sales Arborists in our company are required to have : * Minimum of 2 years of Arboriculture experience * Valid CA Driver's License * ISA certifications are a plus and an advantage(not required) * Good people skills The job duties consist of : * Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees. * Create and build relationships with new customers * Provide customers with estimates based on their needs * Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs Compensation: * This position is entirely commission based.
