In-Office Only – 100% Outbound Calls About the Opportunity Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is a well-established, family-owned home improvement company with a long history of helping homeowners upgrade their living spaces. We’re growing fast and looking for energetic, phone-savvy individuals to join our in-house call center team. This is a full-time, in-office position focused entirely on outbound calls to potential and past customers. You’ll play a critical role in helping homeowners schedule their free design consultations and in reviving leads that previously went cold. POSITION SUMMARY  The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for monitoring various procurement channels and working with customers to achieve set revenue and margin targets.
