I have a young cockatiel hand raised by me. Very sweet. She is a hands on bird not meant to be put in a cage and forgotten. She is free roaming until time for bed. $400 firm must pick up will not ship. Must provide suitable enclosure and good quality food with daily greens, fruits, and vegetables.
