Sick or injured cat needs help (Central)

There's a cat sick or injured, possibly both on the patio area not far from the mailboxes at 101 Appletree Avenue, in Central- near Clemson. I'm not sure if he/she belongs to someone, but I think he's/she's one of the feral cats that lives around here. Not sure if the cat is male or female. If anyone can please come help him/her, he/she looks exhausted, like he/she really needs it. I have disabilities, and don't have a car. These pics were taken right around 1:20 p.m today, Saturday, September 6th. I'll reach out to a friend or two as well. If the cat is gone, I will update later. Thanks, God bless ?
