Need someone to care for my dog until I return from vacation (Cleveland)

I have a 1 year old a dog (King Corsa) female, well trained that I would deeply love to have someone to care for it while I'm on vacation for a month. Children friendly and loves a nice walk. Beautiful with everyone!
