Dues are fully paid through July of 2026. You get 120 nights of free camping per calendar year plus 365 days of day use. Amenities include swimming pools, fishing pond, pool tables, tennis courts, miniature golf, horseshoes, shuffleboard, etc., etc. I am even willing to pay all of the transfer fees ($700)!
