Young Pacman Frog with enclosure (Portland)

Moving somewhere that won't let me have the proper set up for him so I'm looking for a new home for him so he has everything he needs and more! He has been on a slight hunger strike but the trick is a live pinky and he will eat(which is what I've been doing here and there). He's a pretty chill dude. I am asking a rehoming fee as he wasn't cheap and neither was his enclosure.
