Found Cat Light Tan Blonde Color Maybe Orange (Lost) (Midway City)

This cat has been coming by my apartment unit regularly as of July 8th. He has entered my neighbor’s apartment. She has a male tabby. I later heard him come back that night, meowing at the neighbor’s door. He came back later and entered my apartment too. He’s not neutered. Injury on left hind leg. Very vocal. Distinctive “M” on forehead. Hanging outside as seen in photos. Not really hungry or thirsty. When I have more details, I’ll post an update.
