Found: 2 Black/White Pups in Georgian Acres Area (Austin, Texas)

Found on East Lane yesterday in Georgian Acres Neighborhood. They appear to be 2 litter mate young puppies maybe 10-12 weeks old. Mostly black with white speckled patches. Coordinating collars red and blue for female and male. Being kept currently in a yard where they can't run into the street. Please message with any information about their owners or home. Thank you!
