Female puppy

Female puppy about 4 to 5 months old I'm not sure what breed she is, she was just dumped at my mother in laws and I what to make are she goes to a good home I do believe she might be part winnie dog cause she has a long body with short legs. her rehoming fee is 25$ she's sweet and shy
