Cockatiel - gender unknown (Burien)

I'm unfortunately moving and can't take Shushu with me :( He's a very pretty bird but not very fond of people, with handling I think he would improve over time. He doesn't bite and isn't aggressive even when grabbed, he's just very frightened and needs someone with the time to teach him that people aren't scary. I don't know if he's actually a HE... MUST take the cage too. (And I'll give you the second tier for free if you'd like it, they're stacking flight cages that are the same size,) Both of the cages need a good cleaning but nothing on either one is broken. 200$ rehoming fee.
