Looking for Laundry Value Adder Plus (VTM) Machine and Cards (Philadelphia)

I am looking for a Laundry Value Adder Plus (VTM) Machine and Cards. It says ESD money card systems on the top-right corner. The card is CALECO. The machine where I live has not been working for months. If anyone knows where a machine like this is, I would like to know. Or if anyone has a CALECO laundry card, I would be willing to purchase.
