7 year old bully male neutered (Elk grove)

I need to rehome my father's dog, he has had medical issues and can no longer care for him. Smokey is his name he has lived indoor and was house trained. He has lived outside for the last 6 months at my house. There will be a $50 rehoming fee to keep away bad actors who adopt free dogs. He is a very playful dog with lots of energy. He loves water and needs someone who has the time to give him the home he deserves.
